Aromatherapy Session Overview

In addition to our growing collection of aromatherapy products for daily use, we also offer aromatherapy consultations. A typical aromatherapy consultation includes an initial survey, followed by an assessment and review of your submission. A personalized aromatherapy product is then sent to you. Optional follow up appointments are available.

Consultations can be done either in person (preferred) or via phone. Sessions are educational, restorative and interactive in order to allow you to experience a variety of essential oils, and thus, to choose the most effective combination. We also decide on a blend base that best suits your needs, e.g. cream, lotion, inhaler, diffuser blend, etc.

  • To support the immune system, respiratory system, endocrine system, digestive system, muscular system, nervous system, reproductive system, etc.

The initial blend is included in the price of the consultation. While I always try to have supplies in stock, I take time to put together the perfect blend. Products not provided to you on site will then be sent within 7 days of final payment. Prices for refills will be assessed on an individual basis.

Session Cost

60 Minutes: $ 75.00 (Initial Consultation)

30 Minute Follow-Up: $ 20.00 (for new product, or refill)

Cost includes the following:

  • One consultation
  • One aromatherapy product blend

A deposit of 50% of the consultation fee is due upon submission of the Client Intake and Release Form. Deposit is non-refundable and credited toward the final consultation payment. Final payment is due the day of the consultation appointment. Follow-up appointments require full payment before follow up consultation.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

All deposits will be forfeited if your appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance of appointment or if you do not attend the appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.   All rescheduled appointments must take place within 30 days after the original appointment.

All information submitted to Essence One, LLC will be kept confidential.

Please note that everyone’s biochemistry is different. There is no magic slipper that is going to fit everyone, but that is the fun of aromatherapy – there are so many options! No results are guaranteed. We’re going to try to get it as close to perfection the first time but we may need to tweak the blend.

Because blends are customized no returns or refund are allowed.
